Description:

This project is a micro-learning and part of my Capstone for my Masters program. The purpose was designing and developing an instructional unit to a group of learners in leadership positions. The group of learners wanted to complete additional training in different topics of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, to further their leadership skills.

As part of the project I conducted a needs analysis, designed and developed the course. I also developed evaluation materials (surveys, Google Form journal entries) to gather Level 1 and 2 data from the participants.
