This training program is a series of 4 modules created in Articulate Storyline. It is part of a curriculum for the Client Coordinator (Loan Processors) trainee program, which are newly hired team members that are new to the mortgage industry. The main goal of the program is to provide trainees with pre-instructional material and shorten the time spent with a Training Partner going over definitions and other topics that are high-level vs. processes. Also, to better prepare the trainee for the instructor-led portion of their training.

I was one of three Instructional Designers working on this project. I partnered and collaborated with a group of SMEs from various departments throughout the project. The total timeframe for the project was approximately 4 months for all of the modules to be deployed.

I was responsible for designing and developing approximately 6 slides per module (screenshots of some of these slides are provided in the slideshow), plus editing 2 videos included in the project in Camtasia. Also as part of the project, I used my Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills to update our training department logo (which I designed) and animate it for each module.
