Description:

This compliance course explains how the organization has to comply with the Office of Foreign Assets requirements for sanctioned individuals/entities. The target audience are team members of multiple departments whose roles require them to verify if a borrower is a match on the sanctions list. SMEs from each department were involved in the design process and validating the content provided for the course.

To engage the learners the course includes various short videos, due to the amount of content to be covered. Articulate Storyline blocks are also used to provide a variety of interactions not included in Rise. The course is sectioned per department responsibilities and includes examples of what the team member must perform based on their role. To complete the course, the learner has to complete a final assessment.

Overall feedback for this course has been positive due to the ease of navigation and the inclusion of videos and interactions to break up this content heavy topic.
